Job Roles and Responsibilities
➤ CT QA Auditor / Sr. CT QA Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform internal and external audits (clinical sites, systems, vendors, TMF, and process audits)
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable global regulatory standards
- Draft comprehensive audit reports and assist in CAPA tracking and implementation
- Maintain inspection readiness and drive QA system improvements
- Provide training and mentoring to junior QA team members (for Sr. Auditor roles)
- Remain updated with evolving regulatory requirements and best practices
Required Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
- B Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc. in Clinical Research
Experience Required:
- 4 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Trial QA Auditing
Key Skills:
- Expertise in ICH-GCP and clinical QA audits
- Strong communication, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
- Willingness to travel across audit locations
- Familiarity with oncology clinical trials (preferred but not mandatory)
