Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Team Member – BioAssay, you will play a crucial role in the analytical evaluation of biologics and therapeutic proteins. Your core focus will be ensuring the accuracy, precision, and compliance of all bioassay-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ELISA and cell-based potency assays to assess biological activity.
- Conduct method validation and verification for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), peptides, and biosimilars.
- Analyze data using statistical software and prepare detailed technical documentation.
- Support regulatory submissions by generating accurate assay reports.
- Collaborate with QC, QA, and R&D teams to ensure compliance with ICH, USP, and EP guidelines.
- Maintain GMP documentation and manage LIMS entries for assay results.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences.
Experience:
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in BioAssay analysis, method validation, or biopharmaceutical analytics.
Desirable Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of potency assays, ELISA techniques, and cell culture methods.
- Familiarity with global regulatory standards and GMP-compliant documentation.
- Proficiency in LIMS, Excel, and data analysis tools.
