Job Role & Responsibilities
S2M Health is currently hiring skilled professionals for multiple positions in its Chennai office (Work From Office). If you have strong analytical skills, medical coding experience, and certification, you can explore one of the following roles:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end medical coding and auditing using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS standards.
- Review and analyze medical records and patient data for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure coding quality aligns with HIPAA and payer compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with the QA and audit teams to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
- Mentor junior coders and ensure adherence to company SOPs and coding policies.
- Maintain detailed coding records and participate in internal and external audits.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or any healthcare-related field.
Preferred Certifications: CPC, CCS, COC, or equivalent AAPC/AHIMA certifications.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in medical coding, auditing, or RCM operations. Freshers with valid coding certifications may also apply.
Core Skills:
- Excellent understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology, and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and EMR systems.
- Ability to interpret physician documentation and assign accurate codes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
