Job Role & Responsibilities

Technology Transfer & Manufacturing Support – Softgel Formulations

• Review Manufacturing Form Records (MFRs), Technology Transfer Documents (TTDs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and feasibility/scale-up protocols.
• Conduct GAP analysis to identify critical paths and bottlenecks in manufacturing and process transfers.
• Coordinate with SCM, QA, QC, R&D, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth batch execution.
• Support equipment procurement, cleaning validation, and method transfer activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues on the shop floor and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and participate in customer/internal meetings.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, cGMP, and company SOPs.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or relevant pharmaceutical degree.
• Experience: 2-4 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, formulation development, and technology transfer, specifically in Softgel dosage forms.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to collaborate across functions, knowledge of GMP and process validation.
• Note: Only candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience will be considered.
