Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Production Department
Position: Operator to Assistant Manager
Qualification: B.Sc, ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc
Experience: 2–12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage injectable manufacturing operations including Filtration, Filling, Sealing, Stoppering, and Lyophilization.
- Handle Garment and Vial Washing, Autoclave operations, Ophthalmic & Suspension preparation.
- Supervise production team members, ensuring compliance with GMP & sterile protocols.
- Conduct training and oversee aseptic shop floor activities.
2. Microbiology Department
Position: Officer – Sr. Executive
Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience: 0–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Product, Water, and Environmental Testing.
- Perform MLT, Bioburden, BET, Sterility, PET, and Antibiotic Assay.
- Analyze Bulk Water, Finished Products, and API samples for compliance.
- Maintain microbiology documentation as per GLP and GMP standards.
3. Warehouse Department
Position: Officer – Sr. Executive
Qualification: MBA, B.Pharm, B.Com, D.Pharm
Experience: 3–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Raw Material, Packing Material, and Dispensing operations.
- Experience with SAP transactions, Material Management, and QMS documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production teams for smooth material flow.
- Oversee Finished Goods (FG) and Engineering consumables.
4. Information Technology (IT) Department
Position: Officer – Executive
Qualification: B.Tech, B.Sc, Diploma
Experience: 3–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage networking, system administration, and troubleshooting within GMP systems.
- Support IT infrastructure including Empower, LIMS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for IT compliance.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MBA, B.Com, D.Pharm, B.Tech.
- Experience: 0–12 years depending on the role.
- Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Injectable Manufacturing or Sterile Environments.
