Job Role & Responsibilities
Openings: Production (OSD) & Warehouse (OSD)
Experience: 1 to 8 Years
Production (OSD)
Required Qualifications: B.Sc., Intermediate, Diploma, B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain packing machinery such as HI-Cart, BQS, Blister, and Bottle Packing machines.
- Perform granulation and compression operations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain awareness of regulatory compliance requirements and prepare for audits.
- Utilize SAP and MS Excel for production documentation and reporting.
Warehouse (OSD)
Required Qualifications: B.Sc., Intermediate, Diploma, B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle dispensing booths, raw materials, and finished goods efficiently.
- Manage inventory control, dispatches, and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and regulatory guidelines.
- Support regulatory audit readiness and maintain SAP and Excel-based records.
Important Note: Candidates are advised to attend the interview only if the job description matches their profile. Re-interviews are permitted three months after the previous interview.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc., Intermediate, Diploma, B.Tech, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 1 year to maximum 8 years in Production (OSD) or Warehouse (OSD).
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical packing, granulation, compression, or warehouse operations.
- Sound knowledge of GMP, SAP, and MS Excel.
- Awareness of regulatory audit processes and documentation practices.
Relevant Courses: Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Production Engineering, Process Validation, Quality Control & Assurance.
