Job Role & Responsibilities

Open Positions at Sikkim Formulation Plant:

1. Quality Control (QC) – HPLC / GLP / FG Section

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GLP systems.
• Ensure accurate data documentation and report generation.
• Maintain laboratory safety, calibration, and compliance with cGMP standards.
• Conduct in-process and finished product analysis.

2. Production Department – Granulation / Compression / Coating

Designation: Executive / Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment in granulation, compression, and coating areas.
• Follow batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs.
• Ensure process validation and compliance with GMP and safety norms.
• Coordinate with QA to resolve deviations and ensure process optimization.

3. Production Technician – Coating / Compression

Designation: Technician
Qualification: ITI, Diploma, 12th, or 10th Pass

• Operate machinery and assist in daily production activities.
