Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Officer – Warehouse (Dispensing)
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Experience: 2–5 Years (Pharma Warehouse / Dispensing)
Location: Verna, Goa

As an Officer – Warehouse (Dispensing), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling, dispensing, and documentation of raw and packing materials in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense raw materials and packing materials as per the approved Bill of Materials (BOM) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Perform material labelling, weighing, and sampling according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor material movement, track expiry dates, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards within the warehouse and dispensing area.
• Support internal audits, CAPA actions, and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
• Comply with regulatory norms and cGMP/GDP requirements during warehouse operations.
