Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Statistical Programming Intern, you will support the Biometrics and Biostatistics department in creating, validating, and maintaining SAS programs to analyze clinical trial data. The role provides structured mentorship and exposure to real-time project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support multiple clinical research studies through statistical programming using SAS.
- Develop programming documentation, including dataset specifications and annotations.
- Generate outputs such as tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical trial reports.
- Ensure compliance with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform code validation, data checks, and statistical output verification.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, clinical data managers, and regulatory teams.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Stay updated with new programming methodologies and tools in clinical research.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
Experience:
- 0–6 months of experience or academic exposure to Statistical Programming (SAS/CDISC/TLF).
Required Skills:
