Departments & Open Positions

Production Department

1. Technician / Sr. Technician (Autoclave / TS Operator / Filling & Capping Machine)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma Engineering / B.Sc
• Experience: 1–8 Years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate autoclaves, tunnel depyrogenation, filling, and capping lines.
  • Manage batch manufacturing, vial washing, and aseptic operations.
  • Support equipment validation and routine preventive maintenance.

2. Technician / Sr. Technician (Visual Inspection / X-Ray Machine)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
• Experience: 2–10 Years
• Preferred Equipment Experience: Brevetti, Tofflon, Eisai, Wilco.
• Key Skills: Preparation of Knapp Kits, Challenge Sets, and Defect Kits; visual inspection accuracy; machine qualification.

3. Technician / Sr. Technician (Filling Line / Aseptic Area)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
• Experience: 2–10 Years
• Profile: Grade B/C Supervisors managing aseptic areas, batch manufacturing, vial/ampoule washing, and garment washing.
• Preferred: Experience in sterile pharma plants.

Engineering Department

1. Shift Engineer – Process Maintenance

• Qualification: BE – Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical
• Experience: 4–7 Years
• Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of vial filling lines, cold rooms, sterilizers, lyophilizers, and autoclaves. Experience in DPB, vessels, LAF systems, and packing machines.

2. Fitters – Process Maintenance

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical
• Experience: 4–7 Years
• Responsibilities: Maintenance of injectable process equipment, sterilizers, packing machines, and lyophilizers.

3. Shift Engineer – Electrical

• Qualification: BE – Electrical
• Experience: 4–7 Years
• Responsibilities: Handling HT/LT panels, transformers, and UPS systems.
  • Knowledge of VFD, PLC, SCADA, and electrical instrumentation required.
  • Must hold A-Class Electrical Wireman Certification (MP Government).

4. Operator – Lyophilizer (Lyo)

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: 3–6 Years
• Responsibilities: Lyo machine operation and maintenance.
• Preferred: Prior experience in sterile injectable facilities.
