1. Associate – Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analytics

Location: Pune or Bengaluru
Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Sales Force Effectiveness projects including field force sizing, targeting, alignment, call planning, and incentive compensation (IC).
• Design and manage Tableau dashboards based on pre-defined KPIs.
• Develop SQL queries to extract insights from pharma commercial data.
• Analyze complex datasets such as patient claims, Rx, SP/SD, and CRM data.
• Triangulate and integrate data from multiple sources for actionable insights.
• Maintain documentation assets such as SOPs, BRDs, and Process Maps.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects in Sales Force Effectiveness, including field force sizing, targeting, call planning, IC design, dashboard reporting, and MMX analysis.
• Develop and optimize SQL scripts and Tableau dashboards aligned with client KPIs.
• Work on multi-source pharma datasets (Rx, claims, SP/SD, CRM, call activity).
• Manage end-to-end client engagements — from requirements gathering to insight delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation including SOPs, BRDs, and checklists.
