Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control – Tablets & Capsules (2–5 Years)

• Perform analysis of Raw Materials, Finished Products, In-process samples, and Stability batches.
• Execute HPLC analysis as per validated methods.
• Ensure GLP and GDP compliance in documentation.
• Manage analytical investigations including OOS, OOT, deviations, and CAPA.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections.

Maintenance Engineering – OSD Production & Packing (2–5 Years)

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Blister Packing, Sachet Line, and Bottle Packing machines.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance for continuous operations.
• Support calibration, safety compliance, and engineering documentation.

Maintenance Engineering – Projects, Utility & Civil (2–5 Years)

• Handle installation, commissioning, and qualification activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Manage utilities including Water System, HVAC, AHU, Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers.
• Assist with PLC, SCADA, HMI troubleshooting.
• Support building maintenance and facility operations.

Formulation & Development (4–7 Years)

• Plan and execute lab-scale experiments.
• Develop formulations using QbD and DOE principles.
• Prepare product development reports and stability protocols.
• Work on regulatory market submissions and technology transfer.

These roles support key functions that ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, reliable operations, and successful formulation development.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Preferred educational backgrounds include:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc for QC roles.
• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil for Maintenance roles.
• M.Pharm for Formulation & Development roles.

Relevant academic courses include: Pharmaceutical Analysis, Industrial Pharmacy, Engineering Mechanics, Instrumentation Technology, HVAC Systems, Pharmaceutical Technology, QbD Techniques.
