Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Statistical Programmer I, you will support statistical programming activities across Phase I-IV clinical trials. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting programming activities for multiple studies to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Developing and validating SAS programs to create SDTM and ADaM datasets as per CDISC standards.
- Generating Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) for study reports and regulatory submissions.
- Contributing to standard and utility macro development and maintenance.
- Participating in CRF annotations, TLF specifications, and macro updates.
- Supporting P21 compliance and preparing submission packages (aCRF, define.XML, cSDRG, ADRG, ARM).
- Assisting in global regulatory submissions (FDA, EMA, PMDA) in line with industry guidelines.
- Collaborating with programming leads, study teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving, innovation, and teamwork skills.
- Ensuring compliance with company values: excellence, collaboration, respect, accountability, and innovation.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1+ years of programming experience in clinical trial data analysis within pharmaceuticals, CROs, or healthcare.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in SAS programming (SAS certification is a plus).
- Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and regulatory guidance (TAUG, eCTD, sdTCG, DSC).
- Familiarity with statistical concepts, clinical trial principles, and regulatory submissions.
- Exposure to programming languages like R or Python is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
