Job Role & Responsibilities

- A 10‑day rotational training across core departments such as manufacturing, QA, QC, R&D, supply chain, and engineering.

- Real‑time exposure inside the plant to observe processes, equipment workflows, and documentation systems.
- Performance‑based assessment to determine final department allocation.
