Job Role & Responsibilities
- Support formulation development activities to understand key processes and technologies.
- Assist in product development for regulatory submissions.
- Follow and maintain all relevant SOPs, formats, protocols, manuals and GMP guidelines.
- Maintain lab notebooks, documentation and technology transfer documents (TTDs).
- Participate in experimental execution, observation recording and basic data interpretation.
- Support scale-up and troubleshooting activities under supervision.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) required.
- Basic knowledge of oral solid dosage forms including tablets, capsules and pellets.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive, assertive and comfortable working in a dynamic R&D environment.
- Freshers eligible; no prior experience required.
Relevant Courses: M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Pharm Industrial Pharmacy, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Technology.
