Job Role & Responsibilities
Scientist – Formulation Development
- Develop solid oral dosage forms, liquid orals, and injectable formulations
- Execute pre-formulation, prototype development, and optimization studies
- Support generic product development for regulated and semi-regulated markets
- Work on novel drug delivery systems and differentiated formulations
- Prepare development reports, technical documents, and formulation justifications
- Collaborate with analytical, regulatory, and project management teams
- Support tech transfer and scale-up activities when required
Eligibility / Qualifications
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology)
- 2–8 years of experience in formulation development
- Experience in:
- Oral solid dosage (tablets, capsules)
- Liquid orals
- Injectables (preferred)
- CRO or reputed pharma development environments
- NDDS and differentiated product development
Relevant Courses
M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Pharm Industrial Pharmacy, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Technology, PG Diploma in Drug Delivery Systems.

- Salary: Based on experience and company norms
