Job Role & Responsibilities

The Trainee Executive Associate – Warehouse role focuses on maintaining compliant warehouse operations in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices and internal standard operating procedures. The position involves close coordination with quality, purchase, and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cGMP documentation and warehouse records as per approved SOPs
  • Ensuring cleanliness of warehouse areas, equipment, and utilities and maintaining related records
  • Receiving incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
  • Preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and completing TO confirmations
  • Cleaning, calibration, and verification of weighing balances
  • Monitoring temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure conditions
  • Preparing for and attending internal, external, and regulatory audits
  • Operating and cleaning pass boxes and de-dusting tunnels
  • Coordinating with Purchase, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve vendor complaints and PO-related issues
  • Initiating discrepancy and vendor complaint reports for material receipt deviations
  • Ensuring strict adherence to EHS guidelines and maintaining a safe warehouse environment
  • Making accurate e-log entries and SAP transactions
  • Maintaining overall cleanliness, organization, and compliance within warehouse areas

This role contributes directly to product quality, regulatory compliance, and supply chain reliability in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Post Graduation in Science or Chemistry

Experience Requirement

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehouse, stores, or supply chain operations

Required Competencies
