Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Research Associate
Department: Clinical Research (Oncology Focus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret clinical trial protocols and extract essential requirements
- Design oncology clinical trial calendars in alignment with study protocols
- Support protocol-based budgeting (CTA)
- Work with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), preferably OnCore
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in protocol interpretation and trial calendar design
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CTMS tools (OnCore preferred)
- Strong understanding of oncology clinical trials
- Soft Skills:
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Relevant courses include: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), B.Sc. in Life Sciences, B.Sc. in Biotechnology, B.Sc. in Clinical Research.
