A Glimpse of the Role
Designation: Executive
Location: Haryana, India
Job Description:
1. Conducting demos for VAC products to clients to help them understand their functionality
2. Resolve day to day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues cube failures etc. and take corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback (R) Visit customer/ site periodically to gather feedback and identify areas of concern
3. Provide detailed mix design calculation, physical and chemical analysis of raw material to customer as and when required
4. Ensure the upkeep of the quality control labs with proper product display and availability of relevant BIS codes, Ensure calibration of instruments is done before due date
