Job Role & Responsibilities
Production (OSD – Oral Solid Dosage)
- Areas: Granulation, Coating, Compression, Capsule Filling
- Skills Required:
- Troubleshooting in OSD processes
- Hands-on experience with FETTE & GLATT Coating Machines
- Wet Granulation expertise
- Position: Assistant / Apprentice (NAPS)
Production (Injectables)
- Areas: DPI Filling, Pre-Sterile, LYO Filling
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in Autoclave operations
- Vial Washing & Sealing
- Dry Powder/Liquid Filling operations
- Aseptic Area Monitoring & Documentation
- Positions: Technical Assistant / Executive
Eligibility / Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma/B.Sc. – Assistants (OSD/Injectables)
- B.Pharmacy – Executives (Injectable Production)
- Freshers (2023, 2024 & 2025 pass-outs) – Apprenticeships (OSD Production)
- Experience: Freshers to 5 years depending on role
Relevant courses include: Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Industrial Training Institute (ITI) programs, Diploma in Science, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).
