Job Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring for the following key departments:

Quality Control – Chemistry (QC Chem.)

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and other standard techniques.
• Execute media preparation, sample testing, and routine QC checks.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with GLP and GMP guidelines.
• Contribute to APQR, LIMS, and QMS maintenance.

Quality Control – Microbiology (QC Micro)

• Conduct microbial testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
• Prepare and sterilize media, perform BET, MLT, and routine microbial analysis.
• Support QMS and GLP compliance across laboratory activities.

Quality Assurance (QA – OSD & Injectable)

• Review batch documentation, equipment qualifications, and validation protocols.
• Monitor APQR, LIMS, and overall QMS adherence.
• Collaborate with QC teams to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Contribute to internal audits and preparation of QA reports.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance for injectable and OSD units.
• Participate in Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) activities and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure smooth PQA (Product Quality Assurance) operations for both OSD and injectable products.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:
  • QC Chem/Micro: M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Life Sciences
  • QA (OSD & Injectable): M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc
• Experience: 2–7 years in pharmaceutical QC/QA environment.
• Knowledge of GLP, GMP, QMS, LIMS, HPLC, GC, BET, media preparation, and equipment qualification is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
