Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
Positions: Sr. Officer | Officer | Jr. Officer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks during manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with AQA and internal quality standards.
- Execute quality testing, reporting, and documentation.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Quality Control (QC)
Positions: Sr. Officer | Officer | Jr. Officer
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage advanced QC instruments including HPLC (Dissolution), GC, IR, UV.
- Perform material testing, in-process checks, and analytical documentation review.
- Handle QC QMS functions and ensure data integrity with audit trail.
- Support internal and external audit compliance.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc (for QC only B.Sc/B.Pharm; M.Sc not considered).
- Experience: 1–5 years in QA or QC within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be open to shift duties.
- Candidates appeared in the last 6 months at Ipca, Athal should not reapply.
- Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Relevant courses include: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc – Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences).
