Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Perform routine tests following SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Handle analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
- Document results accurately and ensure compliance with GLP.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Oversee documentation related to batch manufacturing and product release.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks.
- Monitor deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
- Support regulatory audits and ensure alignment with cGMP.
Research & Development (R&D)
- Assist in product development and process optimization.
- Support scale-up activities from lab to pilot plant.
- Conduct experiments and record technical data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc., M.Sc. (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields)
- Experience: 1–3 years in the API pharma industry preferred.
- Freshers: Considered if strong technical knowledge is demonstrated.
