Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clinical operations teams in day-to-day trial management activities.
- Maintaining and updating the Trial Master File (TMF) with accuracy.
- Ensuring adherence to ICH GCP E3 guidelines, NDCT Rules, 2019, and MDR, 2017.
- Coordinating with internal teams for the smooth execution of clinical studies.
- Providing administrative support for study documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Tracking regulatory documents and ensuring audit readiness.

Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in clinical trial assistance or as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
- Knowledge Requirements:
- Understanding of clinical operations and clinical trial processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH GCP, NDCT Rules, MDR).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
