Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Organic Synthesis Apprentice, you will support research and development activities related to impurity synthesis and synthetic organic chemistry projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in impurity synthesis and organic synthesis activities for analytical research projects.
- Perform laboratory experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Prepare, monitor, and document chemical reactions.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and accurate experimental records.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and laboratory protocols.
- Handle chemicals, reagents, and laboratory instruments safely.
- Support process optimization and scale-up activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in analytical evaluation of synthesized compounds.
- Collaborate with research teams to achieve project objectives.
