Job Role & Responsibilities

Pharmazone is hiring for the following positions:

1. Business Development Executive (BDE)

  • Build and manage client relationships in the pharma industry.
  • Drive business growth through lead generation and client engagement.
  • Support marketing and proposal development.

2. Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

  • Monitor clinical trials ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with investigators and site staff.
  • Document trial progress and report deviations.

3. QA Expert (GMP Services)

  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards in manufacturing facilities.
  • Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain quality management systems.

4. QA Expert (Pharmacovigilance)

  • Monitor and review safety reports.
  • Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with drug safety and regulatory teams.

5. Literature Search (Pharmacovigilance)

  • Conduct systematic literature searches for drug safety monitoring.
  • Summarize findings for regulatory submissions.
  • Support risk-benefit assessments.

6. Auditor (GMP Services)

  • Conduct audits of GMP facilities.
  • Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure regulatory readiness for inspections.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Clinical Research).
  • Experience: Entry-level to senior positions depending on the role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of clinical research and regulatory standards.
    • GMP, GCP, and pharmacovigilance compliance.
    • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
