Job Role & Responsibilities

Lyfius Pharma is hiring candidates for the Fermentation Production division across multiple roles including Assistants, Executives, and Shift Managers. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in upstream fermentation operations, contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor large-scale fermentation equipment efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs in production activities.
• Manage upstream fermentation processes, including preparation, inoculation, and monitoring of microbial cultures.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
