Job Role & Responsibilities
The openings are for Executive positions within FAR&D, focusing on Analytical Research & Development (ASRD) and Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA). Selected candidates will handle end-to-end analytical activities that ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and robust R&D support.
ASRD Responsibilities:
- Execute analytical method validations for drug products across multiple markets.
- Perform DPDM method validations for drug products.
- Conduct analytical method transfers to QC laboratories.
- Execute calibrations of analytical instruments.
- Prepare and review analytical method validation protocols and reports.
- Ensure cGLP compliance, documentation, and departmental quality system implementation.
AQA Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review AQA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review validation protocols, reports, and laboratory control records.
- Ensure effective systems for calibrating critical instruments.
- Oversee quality-impacting changes, deviations, and CAPA resolutions.
- Perform general system reviews to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Implement continuous training programs for departmental staff.
- Manage issuance, retrieval, and archival of GMP documents.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Qualification Required: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, QA, Pharmaceutical Chemistry), M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemistry), B.Pharm.
- Experience Range: 1–6 years in Analytical R&D, QA, or related pharma functions.
- Designation: Executive.
