Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Operator
Location: Shivajinagar, Wakadewadi, Pune
Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS instruments for method development and sample analysis.
- Perform method validation, study sample analysis, and ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to QC/QA audit findings and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Record and compile raw analytical data accurately.
- Carry out calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments and lab equipment as scheduled.
- Maintain strict adherence to USFDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for lab efficiency and compliance.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Immediate joiners with hands-on experience in bioanalytical methods.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex analytical instrumentation.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: M.Sc (Chemistry/Biochemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in bioanalytical or pharmaceutical laboratory settings.
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in LC-MS/MS instrumentation and operation.
- Method development and validation experience.
- Sound knowledge of SOPs, protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong documentation and data management skills.
