Department Overview: Quality Assurance (QMS Activity)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all QMS activities at the API plant
• Prepare, review, and approve SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, and validation protocols
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.)
• Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPAs efficiently
• Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure QMS implementation

Candidate Profile

Required Education:

• MSc (Chemistry, Microbiology or related sciences)
• B Pharm or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences)

Experience:

• 6 to 8 years in Quality Assurance (QMS Activity) in an API manufacturing plant

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of QMS systems
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in API environment
• Documentation & audit readiness
