Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC) – Formulation

QC professionals will support analytical testing and quality assurance for OSD formulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine and stability analysis using HPLC and GC
• Handling finished product, raw material, and in-process testing
• Microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
• Maintaining QC documentation as per GMP guidelines
• Supporting audits and compliance activities

Functional exposure areas include FP, PM, Stability, HPLC, GC, and Microbiology.

Analytical Research & Development (ARD – OSD)

ARD roles focus on analytical method development and validation for formulation products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Method development and validation using HPLC
• Finished goods analysis and stability studies
• Supporting technology transfer and regulatory documentation
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance standards

Production – Formulation OSD

Production professionals will handle end-to-end tablet and capsule manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating granulation, compression, and coating equipment
• Executing batch manufacturing as per SOPs
• Maintaining batch manufacturing records
• Ensuring adherence to cGMP and safety protocols
• Coordinating with QC for in-process controls

Packing – Formulation OSD
