UG or PG in Life Sciences, including:
- BSc Life Sciences
- B.Tech Biotechnology
- MSc Biotechnology
- M.Pharm
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Molecular Biology
Experience:
2 to 9 years in biosimilar or biopharma production/R&D (insulin, glargine, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Biosimilars Production – Core Responsibilities
Upstream and Downstream Operations
- Handle fermentation, extraction, centrifugation, TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration), and chromatography.
- Operate equipment involved in recombinant product manufacturing.
- Apply core GMP principles during execution.
GMP Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation as per GDP and GMP compliance.
- Prepare and maintain batch records.
- Participate in audits and quality reviews.
SAP & Batch Management
- Execute SAP transactions for batch processing and inventory.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for batch release.
EHS & Process Safety
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols.
- Participate in workplace hazard identification and risk assessments.
Candidate Preferences
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with hands-on fermentation & downstream process experience
- Professionals familiar with SAP and GMP documentation
