Required Qualification: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related discipline
Experience: Proven teaching experience with research publications

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective lectures and practical sessions in undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy programs
• Guide and mentor students on academic and research projects
• Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals
• Contribute to departmental development, academic planning, and industry collaborations
• Engage in curriculum design and continuous improvement aligned with PCI guidelines

Eligibility Criteria & Expectations

• Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
• Demonstrated teaching expertise, preferably in outcome-based education methodologies
• A track record of research publications in peer-reviewed international journals
• Good pharmaceutical industry exposure and interdisciplinary collaborations preferred
