Open Role: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Clinical Trials or Site Coordination

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Allied Health Sciences

Work Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in coordinating and tracking clinical trial activities.
• Maintain trial master files (TMF), regulatory binders, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external sites to support study logistics.
• Help in the collection, review, and submission of essential documents to Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities.
• Participate in study start-up, conduct, and close-out processes.
• Update clinical trial tracking systems and ensure all study documentation complies with ICH-GCP guidelines.

Must-Have Skills

• Solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with trial documentation, GCP, and site management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and clinical trial tracking systems.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Allied Health Sciences.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in clinical trials, preferably with exposure to CRO environments.
