About the MICC Role at APCER
The Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) is a specialized unit responsible for responding to medical inquiries and addressing product quality concerns from healthcare professionals and patients. This position demands both scientific knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical inquiries and product complaints
- Ensure accurate documentation of all call interactions
- Adhere to regulatory compliance and company SOPs
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive medical data
Required Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this opportunity at APCER Life Sciences, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, including:
- BSc / MSc in Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, or related fields
- B Pharm / M.Pharm
