Open Positions: Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and brand communication plans
• Analyze sales and market data to derive actionable insights
• Contribute to annual marketing and promotional plans for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
• Assist in scientific queries and manage internal and external communication
• Organize and conduct training sessions, conferences, and team meets
• Willing to travel for fieldwork and HQ visits

Required Qualifications

• BSc. / B Pharm with an MBA (mandatory)
• 3 to 15 years of experience in product management within a reputed pharma company

Essential Skills & Attributes

• Proven track record in pharmaceutical brand building
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Open to relocating to Ahmedabad or Mumbai for long-term association
