Available Positions and Required Qualifications

Quality Assurance Department (Injectables)

Roles: QMS, AQA – Microbiology, AQA – QC

Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, B. Sc, M. Sc

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Handling and reviewing HPLC, GC, LCMS calibration data, and analytical reports.
• Proficiency in QMS software systems and documentation practices.
• Review and execution of analytical method validation, transfers, and protocols.
• In-depth understanding of equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/CSV) and process validation.
• Microbiological testing: environmental monitoring, BET, sterility testing, GPT, water and product testing.
• Documentation for APRs, APQRs, SOPs, and deviation management.
• Involvement in change controls, CAPAs, and investigation reports.

Engineering – Instrumentation Department

Education: Diploma or B. Tech in Instrumentation or related field

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Equipment troubleshooting: washing machines, tunnel machines, autoclaves, filling and sealing machines.
• Hands-on with PLC and SCADA troubleshooting.
• Monitoring of equipment performance and identifying performance trends.
• Configuration review and system backup.
• Participate in qualification of new equipment installations.
