Job Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking professionals with experience in the formulation industry to work in our Analytical R&D division. Responsibilities include:
- Method Development & Validation: Undertake method development, troubleshooting, and validation in compliance with GMP and ICH guidelines.
- Sample Investigation: Analyze non-conforming samples and implement CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate analytical data and prepare detailed reports for internal review and regulatory submissions.
- Analytical Techniques: Handle HPLC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer (KF), Ion Chromatography (IC), and other analytical techniques.
- Sample Preparation: Extract and prepare various types of samples for testing across multiple dosage forms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with production, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of formulation analysis and method validation principles.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments: HPLC, Dissolution, KF, IC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting analytical and formulation issues.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: B Pharm, M.Pharm
- Experience: 1–7 years in formulation analytical research or related pharmaceutical R&D roles.
- Must have prior experience in the formulation industry.
- Candidates should be immediate joiners preferred.
Courses Relevant for Eligibility:
B Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences specialization)
