Encube Ethicals is hiring for the following positions at its Pithampur facility:
Manufacturing, Filling & Packing – Officers & Sr. Officers
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day manufacturing and packing operations.
- Exposure to topical formulation processes.
- Handling regulatory audits and compliance.
- Supervising manpower and ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
Manufacturing, Filling & Packing – Operators
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machines and performing CIP cleaning.
- Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.
- Exposure to topical formulation production lines.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: B.Pharm, ITI, Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Pharma Production).
- Experience Range: 2–6 years (depending on role).
- Skills Required: Knowledge of topical formulations, GMP compliance, regulatory audit handling, machine operation, and team management.
