Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – Analytical Chemist
- Conduct RP-HPLC, Chiral-HPLC, LC-MS, and PREP-HPLC analyses.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for drug discovery projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support formulation development.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
2. Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – Organic/Medicinal Chemist
- Design and optimize synthetic processes for novel compounds.
- Characterize synthesized molecules using NMR, HPLC, and MS techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate R&D objectives.
- Uphold strict laboratory safety and operational standards.
3. Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist – Discovery Biology
- Perform protein purification using chromatography methods (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion).
- Conduct biochemical assays and study protein-ligand interactions.
- Apply structural biology techniques to support drug discovery research.
- Collaborate with research teams to advance molecular biology projects.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Analytical Chemist: Master’s in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis; 1–3 years of experience in RP-HPLC, Chiral-HPLC, LC-MS, PREP-HPLC.
Organic/Medicinal Chemist: Master’s in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry; 1–3 years of R&D experience in synthesis.
Discovery Biology Scientist: Ph.D. (Fresher acceptable) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related fields; proficiency in protein purification and biochemical assays.
Relevant courses: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry, M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Analysis, M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, M.Sc. Medicinal Chemistry, Ph.D. Molecular Biology, Ph.D. Biochemistry, Ph.D. Pharmacology
