Job Role & Responsibilities
Assistant Manager – F&D (3 Positions)
- Lead formulation development projects for new and existing products.
- Supervise a team of scientists to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Oversee process optimization, technology transfer, and scale-up activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support dossier preparation for regulatory submissions.
Research Scientist / Sr. Research Scientist – F&D (3 Positions)
- Conduct formulation research for oral solid dosage forms and other delivery systems.
- Perform pre-formulation, formulation trials, and stability studies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GLP and GMP standards.
- Contribute to innovation in drug delivery systems.
Assistant Manager – ADL (3 Positions)
- Oversee analytical method development and validation for raw materials and finished products.
- Guide team members in analytical testing, stability studies, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of analytical equipment including HPLC, GC, and dissolution testers.
- Review and approve technical reports and SOPs.
Research Scientist / Sr. Research Scientist – ADL (3 Positions)
- Perform analytical method development, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct testing for assay, dissolution, impurities, and stability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.

Eligibility / Qualifications
- Assistant Manager – F&D & ADL: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Research Scientist / Sr. Research Scientist – F&D & ADL: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Only candidates with Formulation Pharma Plant experience will be considered.
Relevant courses: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Quality Assurance), M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biotechnology).
