Job Role & Responsibilities
Gracure is seeking talented professionals for the position of Senior Research Associate / Research Associate in the R&D department. Selected candidates will be responsible for analytical development laboratory (ADL) tasks, quality control support, and method validation processes for oral solid dosage (OSD) forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytical Method Development (AMD) for pharmaceutical products.
- Validation of analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines.
- Preparation of AMV protocols and reports.
- Execution of HPLC, GC, and wet lab analysis.
- Routine sample analysis, including stability testing.
- Supporting quality control and regulatory documentation as needed.

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics)

Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in ADL/QC with a focus on method development, method validation, and OSD formulations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in HPLC and GC techniques.
- Strong knowledge of analytical method validation protocols.
- Hands-on experience in stability testing.
- Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation and reports.
