Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Department
Positions: Supervisor, Technician, Jr. Officer, Officer, Senior Officer
Qualifications: SSC, HSC, ITI, D.Pharm, B.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise compression, granulation, and coating processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure continuous workflow.
Packing Department
Positions: Supervisor, Technician, Jr. Officer, Officer, Senior Officer
Qualifications: SSC, HSC, ITI, D.Pharm, B.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, and Cartonator equipment.
- Ensure documentation and quality management system (QMS) compliance.
- Monitor packing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining regulatory compliance.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: SSC, HSC, ITI, D.Pharm, B.Pharm
- Work Experience: 2–5 years in production or packing in a regulated pharma environment
- Skills: Knowledge of compression, granulation, coating, and packing machinery, QMS documentation
- Shift flexibility required
- Experience in USFDA or MHRA-approved plants preferred
