About Sanofi and the Role
Sanofi’s Clinical Electronic Document Management (CEDM) subgroup is seeking an Electronic Document Specialist (eDS) to support clinical document submission, validation, and publishing. The eDS role ensures format compliance and submission-readiness of clinical documents in Sanofi’s official electronic Document Management System (eDMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Validate clinical documents for format compliance and submission readiness.
- Compile and publish non-complex clinical documents and implement required navigation.
- Ensure documents conform to Sanofi’s naming conventions and metadata standards.
- Collaborate with Medical Writers, Regulatory, Pharmacology, Statistics, Clinical Leaders, and Project Leaders.
- Monitor appendices availability and follow up with contributors for timely submission.
- Implement AI-based tools for automated document formatting and validation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, or document management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, Veeva Vault RIM, and Acrobat (ISI Toolbox).
- Familiarity with AI-based document management tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Work Location & Schedule
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Work Hours: 3 PM – 11 PM IST (to align with North American teams)
