Job Description – Medical Writer II (Clinical Trial Transparency)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review critical documents including clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, patient narratives, and investigator brochures
- Ensure compliance with ICH-E3 and FDA regulatory standards
- Perform online literature searches and data interpretation
- Participate in peer reviews to enhance content quality and consistency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including data management, statistics, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to cross-functional teams
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) with relevant writing experience
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English, Communications, or Social Sciences with scientific/medical understanding
Desired Experience & Skills
- Experience in medical writing, preferably in regulatory and clinical trial documents
- Familiarity with AMA style guide, FDA/ICH guidelines
- Strong communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills
