Job Role & Responsibilities
Junior Executive / Executive – QA/QC/R&D
- Prepare and harmonize CQA SOPs, forms, and schedules.
- Manage document control: issuance, archival, retrieval, and destruction of GMP documents.
- Coordinate change controls, impact assessments, and approvals.
- Monitor SOP implementation and support sites during audits.
- Conduct hands-on crystallization and synthesis lab work.
- Operate analytical instruments including FTIR, UV-Vis, HPLC, NMR.
- Prepare and manage CQA documentation, including SOPs, formats, and schedules.
- Review and approve specifications, Methods of Analysis (MOA), and LIMS qualification documents.
- Ensure compliance in CAL activities, including lab events (OOS, OOC, deviations, etc.).
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Sc or B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–5 years in QA/QC or R&D
- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
- Relevant Courses: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Quality Assurance, Laboratory Techniques, Instrumentation.
