Job Roles & Responsibilities

Neuland Laboratories is hiring for multiple departments with clear roles and responsibilities:

Production Department

• Role: Assistant Managers / Intermediate / Clean Room
• Qualification: BSc. (Chemistry) / Diploma (Chemical) / MSc. (Chemistry)
• Experience: 8-12 Years
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage production operations in clean room environments.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with QA and QC teams for process approvals.

IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)

• Role: Chemist / Officer
• Qualification: BSc., MSc., B Pharmacy
• Experience: 3-6 Years
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with GMP.
  • Document and review production deviations and CAPA.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Role: AQA Reviewer / Officer / Executive
• Qualification: BSc., MSc., B Pharmacy
• Experience: 3-6 Years
• Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve analytical and batch records.
  • Monitor adherence to QMS and departmental SOPs.
