Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Project Analyst II, you will independently manage assigned projects and tasks within the project or functional team. Your work will ensure seamless collaboration with clinical teams, internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage assigned projects and tasks from inception to execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, scientific, and regulatory groups

  • Coordinate with internal and external clients and vendors for project success

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet strict deadlines

  • Maintain documentation and reporting for assigned projects

  • Support process improvements and ensure adherence to company SOPs

  • Communicate effectively with project team members to achieve organizational goals

Additional Expectations:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools

  • Ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable plans

  • Contribute to operational excellence and efficient workflow within the team


Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements:
