Job Role & Responsibilities

As a part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality systems.
• Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release, deviation management, CAPA, and change control processes.
• Conduct internal audits, regulatory audits, and compliance checks.
• Review analytical data for accuracy, reliability, and adherence to ALCOA+ principles (data integrity).
• Monitor on-floor QA activities and ensure documentation completeness.
• Prepare and review quality documentation, SOPs, validation protocols, and reports.
• Oversee calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Implement automation and digitalization initiatives to streamline quality processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure proactive compliance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.

Experience:
