Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Executive – Quality Control, you will be responsible for testing, analyzing, and reporting pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards. This includes maintaining meticulous laboratory documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and document analysis of in-process samples, finished products, stability samples, and cleaning validation.
- Ensure timely completion of analytical testing and accurate documentation of results.
- Maintain adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) and departmental quality systems.
- Conduct testing for laboratory and commercial batches, as well as stability trend reporting.
- Collect, catalog, and manage laboratory samples and related data records.
- Support senior team members in daily QC operations and audits.
- Ensure all laboratory activities comply with safety, environmental, and compliance programs.

Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology) or B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy).
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical Quality Control environment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, stability testing, and analytical documentation.
